1.Applicability

Kids love Wheelz is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in Nijmegen. These terms and conditions apply to agreements concluded with Kids love Wheelz and offers made by Kids love Wheelz, as well as products offered. Kids love Wheelz reserves the right to change these conditions at any time. Kids love Wheelz is not responsible for typing errors, small detail changes from manufacturers, small deviations from product photos and incorrectly displayed prices. When in doubt, coordinate and double check all options and functionalities with Kids love Wheelz. These conditions only apply to consumers.

2. Payment

Kids love Wheelz offers the following payment methods:

iDEAL: completely free.

PayPal: surcharge of € 0.35 per transaction + 3.4% of the total amount.

BanContact/MisterCash: (payments from your Belgian bank) surcharge of € 0.25 per transaction + 1.8% of the total amount.

3. Delivery

Kids love Wheelz sends orders with DHL or possibly another provider.

The items will, if in stock, be shipped within 1 business day after receipt of payment. This can be deviated from when stated otherwise or when products are not in stock. In that case, Kids love Wheelz will inform the customer of this as soon as possible. Shipments are in most cases delivered within 1 working day under normal circumstances within the Netherlands. Shipments to Belgium are delivered within 2 working days.

Children's Battery Toys such as children's cars, quads and children's motorcycles are delivered in a cardboard packaging. These products are 75% assembled. The customer must assemble a number of parts such as the steering wheel, seat, drive, wheels, mirrors and possibly a number of other parts.

4. Prices

All prices are in Euros, including VAT and excluding delivery costs. Kids love Wheelz reserves the right to change prices.

5. Return

It is possible to return an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The customer must return the order unused, in the original packaging, with sufficient postage and with customer and order information. The product, packaging, and all packed parts must still be salable as original. Kids love Wheelz is not liable for the loss of your products with the transporter or with the wrong recipient. Kids love Wheelz advises to return products only by 'signed mail'. The customer is obliged to report damage to products or defective products to Kids love Wheelz by email immediately on the date the order is received/picked up. If you use the item despite damage or defects to the item, your return right will lapse. From that moment on, the item is covered by the warranty. The right of return does not apply to purchases that have been specially ordered at the request of the customer and are therefore tailor-made. Customization is not covered by the right of return. When an order is returned, the purchase amount minus the shipping costs incurred by Kids love Wheelz and deduction of costs related to payment method (such as Paypal or BanContact / MisterCash transaction costs) will be refunded to the customer within 14 days. Kids love Wheelz reserves the right to refuse returned products and/or not (or not fully) refund the purchase amount to the customer if Kids love Wheelz strongly suspects that products have been used or damaged. When returning products for whatever reason, the customer must be in possession of the original purchase invoice. The address for returns can be found on our contact page. The customer can stick a paper with the return address or the new postal label over the old label. Never write on the packaging itself at all times.

Please note: before you return the item to us, you must be aware of the conditions that apply to the right of return. When we receive returns that are excluded from the right of withdrawal, we cannot reimburse these to you. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that these items must be picked up by you or can be sent back to you. The costs are therefore for you and not for Kids love Wheelz as well as for the carrier.

6. Complaints

All complaints regarding the delivery, quality, quality of an article, or any other complaint, will be taken seriously by Kids love Wheelz. In such cases, the customer must contact Kids love Wheelz. Kids love Wheelz will look for a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

The agreement between Kids love Wheelz and the customer is governed by Dutch law.

8. Liability (disclaimer)

Kids love Wheelz is not liable for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or goods or any nature whatsoever resulting from or in any way related to the use of Kids love Wheelz, products from Kids love Wheelz, the use of information provided by has been obtained through this webshop or the temporary impossibility to consult Kids love Wheelz. Despite the constant care and attention that Kids love Wheelz pays to the composition of this webshop, it is possible that information published on this webshop is incomplete or incorrect. Kids love Wheelz cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images (colours) and texts. Due to licensing, the products sold by Kids love Wheelz do not always have the original logo, emblem or grill that corresponds to the product name or brand. The information on Kids love Wheelz is regularly updated and any changes can be made at any time with immediate effect and without any notification. It is not allowed to use photos and documentation from our webshop without our permission. Prior written permission must be requested for this.

9. Warranty Statement

Warranty coverage applies to technical parts such as switches, printed circuit boards, cabling and drives. Kids love Wheelz offers a 'Fair Use Guarantee', and also helps its customers after the legal guarantee period has expired. Naturally, the costs for repair after the warranty period has expired are for the customer. Warranty does not cover breakage, damage or wear and tear through use. Examples of wear are gears of a drive, wheels, chains of moving toys and the batteries. There is a warranty period of 6 months on the batteries, provided that the charging and maintenance instructions have been followed. Kids love Wheelz assesses whether the product has become defective due to improper use. In case of improper use and/or repairs, etc. by third parties without the written permission of Kids love Wheelz, the warranty expires. If there is a defect that has not arisen due to improper use, a claim can be made under this guarantee. Kids love Wheelz replaces or repairs the product. If Kids love Wheelz proceeds to replace the product, and the product in question is no longer in stock, the customer may choose another product from the same category and price range. With the consent of Kids love Wheelz, the customer may opt for a product of a higher price range against an additional payment. The customer can send defective products by post or personally deliver them within the warranty period in consultation with Kids love Wheelz. The customer must collect the product himself after repair or replacement. Kids love Wheelz can possibly send the product after the repair or replacement by 'signed post'. Costs for sending products after repair or replacement are for the customer. Kids love Wheelz is not liable for the loss of returned products at DHL or other carriers or at the wrong recipient. Kids love Wheelz advises to send products by 'signed mail'. Of course, the customer must be in possession of the original purchase invoice. Kids love Wheelz ensures that the product is repaired and ready for collection within 3 weeks. If the period is not sufficient, Kids love Wheelz will inform the customer.

10. Privacy of customer data

Kids love Wheelz never makes personal information of customers available to third parties. Kids love Wheelz requests customers to fill in their telephone number and e-mail address, so that Kids love Wheelz can contact the customer if necessary. The legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data, as laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act / the Personal Data Protection Act, are complied with by Kids love Wheelz. Customers always have the option to change their own data (insofar as it is kept at ATOYS).
